Six stunning individually designed bedrooms all with own spectacular private bathrooms. The bedrooms are large, spacious and feature: flat screen smart tvs, Egyptian cotton linen, king or super king luxury pocket sprung mattresses, robes, slippers & Arran Senses toiletries.
Eat
Grassyards House has been designed with home comforts in mind and nothings beats all coming together to enjoy a tasty home cooked meal. The big spacious dining room with open gas fire and inbuilt Sonos sound system can easily cater for a special celebration and unforgettable dinner party.
The kitchen is warm and inviting with everything you would expect from a 5 star property. Cooking up big family meals and preparing those all important drinks is a breeze in the extremely well equipped kitchen, which has an Aga, separate electric oven and gas hob, large farmhouse kitchen table, wine fridge, Quooker boiling tap, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges.
Relax
One of the wonderful things about Grassyards House is the peace and quiet. It truly is a sanctuary away from the busy hustle and bustle of everyday life. During your stay, why not have a soak in the exceptional handmade freestanding wooden bath or maybe choose the William Holland roll top copper & nickel bath. Relax in the hot tub with a drink, unwind next to the roaring wood burning stove with a book or all get together for a good old fashion board game in the cosy snug.
Garden
There is an abundance of outside space for everyone to enjoy, from grassed lawns to an amazing play area for kids. For families with dogs the gates can be closed making it fully enclosed, meaning dogs can safely roam free.
It is the perfect setting for evening drinks or a fun family BBQ. There is plenty of outdoor seating, sun loungers and a huge gas BBQ big enough to keep everyone happily supplied with sausages and burgers!
Kids
Happily entertained kids equal happy parents! Grassyards House is jam packed full of things to keep kids enthralled and amused for hours. Outside is an amazing outdoor play area with swings, slides, monkey bars and climbing towers. Goal posts and balls are on the lawn for a fun game of football and in the games room there is air hockey, PS5 and a full size pool table.
Books, jigsaws, colouring in books and board games are in the snug all ready for a rainy day. You are also welcome to visit us on the neighbouring farm. Come say hello and help feed our pigs, horses, goats, chickens and sheep.
